At Pimax Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance VR equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via the Pimax Support Portal to troubleshoot your device or formally request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, controllers, and documentation to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
